We’re pleased to announce GIRLSofGRIME as the first organisation to join Orbits’s Grassroots Community Support Programme.
GIRLSofGRIME are an independent female-led grassroots organisation steering change towards gender balance within the music industry.
They are a Talent Development organisation on a mission to level the playing field and bring more diversity to the industry by giving women in music the support they need to take their careers to the next level.
During the month of April, they’ll be hosting a series of events at The Halley. Let’s take a closer look at what’s on...
The Members Pitch happens at our monthly Lunch'N'Learn, which is an exclusive, members-only event. Our Lunch'N'Learn offers our members a unique chance to network with the community, platform their abilities and gives them the chance to ask for collaboration on projects. GIRLSofGRIME will be able to share how they support the next generation of women in the music industry and network with our buzzing community of like-minded artists and music businesses.
GIRLSofGRIME are taking over The Halley studios for a day to host their Women in Production workshop, led by award-winning singer, songwriter & producer Eve Horne (Peak Music / We Are The Unheard). This workshop is designed for total beginners, with the goal of empowering more women to feel confident in studio environments and kickstart their own music creation.
Join GIRLSofGRIME for a night dedicated to empowering the next generation of women in the music industry. With a special guest appearance, live music performances, and networking opportunities, you'll have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and gain valuable industry insights.
