The Beatriarchy is a community and platform that showcases underrepresented talent in the underground music scene. What began as a small Facebook group community founded by Gracie T and Kitsta in 2020, has grown into a multifaceted platform, amplifying and advocating for amazing artists who are all too often sidelined in the music world. The Beatriarchy have hosted events and takeovers up and down the country, at venues and festivals such as Corsica Studios, Risen Festival, No Bounds Festival, Sounds from the Other City and Gut Level, all whilst holding down a radio residency on Melodic Distraction radio, showcasing a variety of genre agnostic talent. Alongside this, The Beatriarchy provides and shares opportunities for DJs and artists of all levels through a variety of programmes such as their successful Open Decks series in London for up and comers, and their Panel on promoting yourself as an artist at Hope Works in Sheffield.

Our Members Pitch happens at our monthly Lunch'N'Learn, which is an exclusive, members-only event. Our Lunch'N'Learn offers our members a unique chance to network with the community, platform their abilities and gives them the chance to ask for collaboration on projects. The Beatriarchy will be able to share how their mission, current projects, and network with our buzzing community of like-minded artists and music businesses.

A streamed event so underrepresented DJs within their community can record some video content to promote themselves. In a world where social media and visual artist promotion is so prevalent, The Beatriarchy wants to provide an opportunity for DJs regardless of background and skill level to have some much needed video content!
